Identifiers
For landing facilities the Identifier can be in one of three formats
(in order by preference):
FAA Identifier (3 alpha, OR 3 or 4 alpha and numeric)
ICAO Identifier (4 alpha)
DAFIF Identifier (7 alphanumeric -- country code followed by five numbers)
Navaid Identifiers are three or fewer alphanumeric characters.
Fix Identifiers are five alpha or alphanumeric characters.

Coordinates
Latitude and longitude are in decimal degrees with West and South negative.
Description
Airport and Navaid descriptions are facility name and navaid name, respectively.
In the US, Fix descriptions are the FAA's "usage" attribute.
Outside the US, Fix descriptions are the
country code surrounded by parentheses.
